The 430 Scuderia is essentially a race car rather than an upgraded sports car for public roads. The car was first shown at the 2007 IAA. The unveiling and co-development was done by 7-time World Champion Michael Schumacher.
The bar was set high during the introduction, after all, the Scuderia had to be able to at least compete with the sensational 360 CS. According to many, this has more than succeeded, resulting in an absolute racing monster. A deafening sound, a phenomenal handling, but above all an emotion that makes you smile constantly. Pay attention, however, you will definitely have to keep your mind on steering; driving this Ferrari is not for the average human.
The total weight saving comes to 100 kg. The technicians managed to get an extra 20 hp from the engine. As a result, the kg/hp ratio was reduced from 2.96 to 2.45. The gearbox was also tuned and now the disconnection, shifting and clutch is done in just 60 milliseconds. Because the car is so balanced, it is able to drive the same lap times at Fiorano as the mighty and legendary Ferrari Enzo.
